This, the first clip released of the movie, features a rather tense exchange between Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Haymitch (Woody Harrelson).

Woah, what's up with the Hunger Games budget?

Set in the futuristic, post-apocalyptic nation of Panem, a rebellion by the districts against the ruling Capitol began during the first film, setting up the explosive plot for Catching Fire. Lawrence reprises her role as Katniss with added reputation due to her Silver Linings Playbook Oscar win since her first turn as the heroine.

"I never meant for anyone to get killed, he has to know that," Katniss tearfully tells Haymitch, referring to President Snow (Donald Sutherland). "He came to see me. He's worried about rebellion in the Districts," she said.

"This trip doesn't end when you get back home. You never get off this train," he says. "From now on your job is to be a distraction, so people forget what the real problems are." Of course, the majority of fans interested in the film will have read the books, and therefore know exactly what the plot holds for them. This gives Lionsgate licence to let a bit more of the film loose in trailers and clips like these. The first _Hunger Games_ film proved to be a tremendous success. It translated the best-selling book to screen to the tune of $691 million worldwide. It also scored big with the critics, with a ‘certified fresh’ rating of 84% on review aggregator site, Rotten Tomatoes.
