Britney Spears Want To Move To England, Tries British Accent
Britney Spears has been doing the UK promotional rounds for her upcoming studio album Britney Jean and the pop superstar revealed her soft spot for good old Blighty during an interview with The Telegraph.
"I think the people here are just jolly, and I love you guys' accent" Spears explained, before trying out her best impression of a Brit, ".when you talk like the way you do it makes you just in a very good mood, I love it, it's so cool, I really, really like it. I wish I lived here," she added.
Last week, Britney Spears was spotted enjoying the London tourist attractions on a double-decker bus, tweeting about her experiences of "merry ole England."
"Headed back to the states. sad my visit was so short London! Hoping I'll be able to visit again soon XO" she told followers during her trip back to the States.
Britney's eighth studio album is released shortly before she begins her two-year residency show Britney: Piece of Me at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The show will incorporate both new songs and some of Spears's biggest hits in a "club meets theatre" environment.
