Atkin's Diet Responsible For Kim Kardashian's Weight Loss
Kim Kardashian's weight loss is down to the Atkin's diet. Kardashian has managed to lose the baby weight within months of giving birth to her daughter North. Kardashian gave birth to North on 15th June, her daughter with rapper Kanye West. Amazingly, Kardashian is looking incredibly slim, something which has prompted much speculation amongst her fans.
Kardashian finally revealed her slimming secret on Sunday (13th October). In response to one of her fan's queries on Twitter, namely how the 32-year-old had managed to lose so much weight, Kardashian responded stating "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet and luv it."

Although the Atkins diet may be controversial - many medical professionals believe it is an unhealthy way to lose weight - Kardashian's doctor approved it (according to Us Weekly's sources). This source stated Kardashian "is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese. She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She's been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June."
Kardashian has been a lot more active in the last couple of weeks. Kardashian and West appeared at Paris Fashion Week two weeks ago where Kardashian showed off her curves in tight jeans and a camel coat. She also appeared out on Saturday along with best friend Jonathon Cheban and tiny North tucked up in a baby carrier. Kardashian wore jeans and a t-shirt yet still looked glamorous with a pair of over the knee boots and oversized sunglasses.
