A Weekend Wedding In Italy Means John Legend And Chrissy Teigen's Marriage Is Off To A Great Start

Congratulations, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen! The Grammy award-winning singer and the world famous model tied the knot at long last. According to Us Weekly, the pair had a small, private at Villa Pizzo in Lake Como, Italy on Saturday, Sept. 14.

Among the high profile guests in attendance were Kanye West and Stevie Wonder, with Wonder even teaming up with the groom for a special performance. Brooklyn Decker, the actress famous for roles in Battleship and What to Expect When You’re Expecting, took on the responsibility of being Teigen’s maid of honor. Unfortunately, the other maid of honor, sports journalist Erin Andrews, was unable to attend. The bride wore three gowns for the occasion and bet on the classic for her wardrobe – all of the dresses were Vera Wang designs. The 27-year-old model wore an ivory strapless V-neck ballgown for the ceremony and an ivory strapless mermaid gown with a pleated bodice for the reception. She completed the festivities in a red strapless mermaid gown with a hand-draped bodice, making this perhaps the most fashionable wedding of 2013.

Naturally, John Legend’s wedding could not go by without a serenade by the soulful singer to his blushing bride. According to Us Weekly, Legend sang 'All Of Me,' which, like most of the singer’s latest album, was written specifically for Chrissy.
