Actress Lauren Graham's bestselling novel Someday, Someday, Maybe has been picked up as a Tv drama.

Executives at America's Cw network have announced a script deal for the adaptation of the Bad Santa star's book, which centres around a struggling actress' desperate fight for success in New York City.

Graham will write and executive-produce the hour-long drama alongside Ellen DeGeneres.
