Max George: 'Lindsay Lohan Is Doing Great'

  • 16 August 2013

Max George believes Lindsay Lohan can turn her life around.

The Wanted singer previously had a brief fling with the 'Mean Girls' actress - who recently completed 90 days of court-ordered treatment for substance abuse at the Cliffside Malibu medical centre in California - and Max thinks Lindsay has now put all the drama of the past few years behind her.

Speaking to an X17online photographer as he left Horray Henry's nightclub in Hollywood, he said: ''I think she's gonna do great. I spoke to her last week and she seemed really well.''

Just days after leaving rehab, Lindsay met up with Max and his The Wanted bandmates for a wild party in Los Angeles but Lindsay's father Michael says Lindsay wasn't drinking and even refused a trip away with Max in case it damaged her sobriety.

He said: ''To begin with, Lindsay was asked to go out of town with Max and she thought it was a bad idea. I spoke to people with her who said she did not drink and I even spoke to her and she was absolutely fine.''

A representative for the actress confirmed she visited Max at The Mondrian hotel, but it is thought she remained sober, as she has been since leaving rehab.
