Jack White Restraining Order From Ex-Wife Karen Elson, Slams Black Keys Singer: "That A**hole"

Karen Elson, Jack White's ex-wife, has filed a restraining order against The Raconteurs singer after claiming he is a threat to safety. Elson, a model and musician, sent emails to a judge saying that because of White's actions, she "fears for her safety and that of their children." The order was approved on 17th July pending a court hearing on 29th August.

Perhaps his fury stems from issues suggested in original restraining order reports that The White Stripes lead criticised Elson for associating with rival musicians: could Auerbach have been one of them? With clearly a bee buzzing about the guitarist's bonnet, he adds "[Auerbach] gets yet another free reign to follow me around and copy me and push himself into my world."

The couple married in 2005 in Brazil but they broke up in 2011 with a divorce party to make and break their union of marriage. They have two children together, Scarlett Teresa, 7, and Henry Lee, 5 who will apparently be in the same school as Sadie Little, Auerbach's daughter.

Jack White has not provided any comment on the matter.
