Mario Winans Embroiled In Another Child Support Drama

R&B star Mario Winans is heading back to court this week (beg10Jun13) after he was accused of falling behind on his child support payments.

The singer/producer allegedly owes ex-girlfriend Janel _B_ennett, the mother of his son Jordan, around $15,950 (£10,290) as part of a dispute which has rumbled on since 2007.

Winans has been ordered to appear in court on Thursday (13Jun13) for an emergency hearing to address the matter, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

_B_ennett tells the publication, "There is no excuse for this. Mario disappears. He always claims he can't afford Jordan... My attorney has been trying to reach (him) now for a couple months... I just want justice for my son."

Winans has previously been accused of falling behind on payments to _B_ennett and has appeared in court on numerous occasions to sort out the matter.
