Meet David Lucado, Britney Spears' New Regular Guy Boyfriend

Britney Spears has finally gone public with her new boyfriend, just over a month after the pair were spotted having dinner together on Valentine's Day. The pop superstar, 31, was spotted holding hands with new beau David Lucado at a mall in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles, on Friday (March 22, 2013).

Sources tell TMZ.com that couple have been dating for weeks, though it's not clear how Britney and David met. He has absolutely no showbiz ties and works for a law firm in Atlanta, though he's not a lawyer. The couple flew from Los Angeles to Las Vegas over the weekend and were snapped making a bizarre joint fashion statement. The 'Till The World Ends' singer donned a dark blue waistcoat and trilby hat, while David opted for a similar waistcoat, which appeared a little tight, and the same type of headwear.

As the Daily Mail pointed out, the couple's outfit was reminscient of Britney and ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake's matching fashion disaster at the American Music Awards some twelve years ago. On that occasion, the pair ended up wearing matching denim jackets with flared denim trousers. Justin even opted for a cowboy hat made of... you guessed it... denim!

Nevertheless, Britney is looking pretty healthy and happy these days, perhaps she needed a non-celebrity all along!
