Justin Bieber Vs Lindsay Lohan: Well, That Was Uncalled For!

The Biebs has done it again – created a scandal that is. Well, it was a mild scandal, true, but name-checking Lindsay Lohan in one of his increasingly common rants these days. Once again frustrated with the negative press that’s been going his way, the 19-year-old pop star took to Instagram this time, venting his frustration to a crowd of his closest… err… 7 million friends. Everything would have been alright, or at least the latest of the Biebs’ diatribes would have gone unnoticed, but he had to go and get LiLo mixed into it.

After criticizing the press for spreading “countless lies” about him and explicitly denying the rumor that he needed rehab, the singer simply couldn’t stop at that and made the comparison between himself and Lohan: "And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan, look at her 2012 tax statements ;)" Ouch. That one must have been below the belt. Not surprisingly, the troubled actress was quick to react and sources have said for TMZ that she thought the comment was “senseless and mean” and that she was “appalled” by it.

To Bieber’s credit, he did edit his statement mere hours later, after realizing the gaffe and added his standard refrain these days: "All this isn't easy. I get angry sometimes. I'm human. I'm gonna make mistakes. I'm gonna grow and get better from them. But all the love from you guys overcomes the negativity. I love u.

We assume that melted all of the beliebers’ loyal hearts, however, there’s still no word from the LiLo camp on the apology. And the world waits with bated breath.
