Jennifer Lawrence To Be Spared Body Paint For New X-men Movie
Jennifer Lawrence will be spared the body paint that gave her an allergic reaction when she reprises her role as Mystique in upcoming superhero movie X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
The Oscar winner suffered for her art while filming X-Men prequel X-Men: First Class as she sat in the make-up chair for up to eight hours a day being covered in paint to play the blue-skinned shape shifter.
A specialist doctor was even called to the set to tend to the actress when her skin broke out in rashes and boils, but now Lawrence is breathing a sigh of relief after learning she will wear a bodysuit when she begins filming her next X-Men outing in May (13).
She tells EOnline.com, "I'm so excited because I'm going to wear a body suit. It will be from (the) neck down so it will cut out time and the blisters."
However, Lawrence, who picked up an _A_cademy _A_ward last month (Feb13) for Silver Linings Playbook, admits she has been too busy to read the X-Men script.
She adds, "I haven't read the script yet. I haven't had 30 minutes. They literally gave me the script and I was like, 'I can't read this until Monday.'"
