Village People Star To Front Disco Expose

Reclusive Village People star Victor Willis and members of Chic and Kc & The Sunshine Band are set to reveal all about the excesses of the 1970s disco era in a new Tv documentary.

Willis, who rarely makes Tv appearances, will front the two hour special, titled Unsung Disco, which will debut on U.S. cable channel _Tv_One on 20 February (13).

He tells Wenn, "I’m ready to start making television and concert appearances again and _Tv_One’s Unsung Disco is a great beginning."

The Tv special, which will feature rare performances from the icons of disco including Donna Summer, Thelma Houston, the Village People, Chic and Kc & The Sunshine Band, also chronicles the drugs and the dark side of the 1970s dance music craze.
