Tony Parker Cites Chris Brown's Frank Ocean Clash In Lawsuit

  • 05 February 2013

Sports star Tony Parker is preparing to use _Chris _Brown's alleged brawl with Frank Ocean last month (Jan13) as 'proof' of the singer's volatile temper in a bid to win his lawsuit against the owners of a New York nightclub.

The basketball player filed a $20 million (£12.7 million) suit against bosses at Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd., who own Manhattan hotspot W.i.P., after he was allegedly injured during a clash between _B_rown and fellow hip-hop star Drake's entourages last year (12).

Parker insists the venue's bosses should have been aware of the "bad blood" between Drake and _B_rown and not let them both into the club at the same time.

Now Parker has filed new documents in his ongoing lawsuit, claiming _B_rown's alleged fight with Ocean, sparked over a parking space at a Los Angeles recording studio, is proof the R&B star has a hair-trigger temper.

The documents, obtained by editors at Tmz.com, also allege _B_rown's violent nature surfaced long before, when he brutally beat Rihanna on the eve of the Grammys in 2009. Parker claims both incidents support his allegation that _B_rown should not have been allowed entry to the club.
