John Travolta Hosts, Kurt Russell And Harrison Ford Attend The 10th Annual Legends Of Aviation Awards (Pictures)

It's held to pay honour to some of the finest aviators the world over, but there was a smattering of Hollywood stars in attendance at the 10th Annual Legends Of Aviation Awards on Friday night (January 18, 2013) in Los Angeles, California, with John Travolta, Kurt Russell and Harrison Ford just three of the legendary actors on hand to enjoy the evening.
Of course, this was no random red carpet appearance by the three stars; all three have involvement in aviation in some form or other - Kurt Russell and Harrison Ford have both been honoured by the awards, whilst Travolta hosted Friday night's bash and is also a pilot himself. Others to have been in honoured in the past include Buzz Aldrin, Morgan Freeman and Sully Sullenberger, according to Gossip Center. The evening is run in association with the Kiddie Hawk Air Academy, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to introducing, educating and sparking children's interest in aviation.
Travolta was there with his partner Kelly Preston, whilst Harrison Ford too arrived with his spouse Calista Flockhart. Last week Travolta horrified everyone by telling E! Online that, following their Christmas album together, he and his Grease co-star Olivia Newton-John had more recordings in the pipeline. The star promised a new video each festive season and an extra track or two too. Help us all.
