Jay Sean Named Artist Of The Decade At Asian Music Awards

R&B star Jay Sean was the toast of the U.K.'s Asian Music Awards on Thursday (25Oct12) after scooping two top prizes.

The Down hitmaker was crowned the _B_ritish Artist of the Decade at the annual ceremony in London, and was also named _B_est Male, although he was unable to attend the event as he is on tour in Australia.

Other big winners included rapper M.I.A., who won _B_est Video for her _B_ad Girls promo, and singer/actress Preeya Kalidas, who was named _B_est Female.
