Maroon 5 To Embark On 'Biggest Tour Yet'
The Maroon 5 tour is on; the band confirmed on Monday (October 22) that they will kick off their 2013 North American tour in February, MTV reports.
"This is our biggest tour yet," lead singer Adam Levine said in a video message posted to Twitter. "Anybody who has seen a Maroon 5 show, even those people are going to be blown away by what we're doing now because we really feel this calling to put on the best show we've ever put on. And that is so exciting to us and I know that's going to be exciting to our fans too."
Maroon 5 have enjoyed a renaissance of sorts. They burst onto the music scene with the catchy pop nuggets She Will Be Loved and This Love, which both nestled comfortably in the ready-made musical fast food tray that was their debut album, Songs For Jane. "We feel like we've had this resurgence," Levine continued. "This kind of second life where we're are pushing ourselves that much harder now to make the best concert experience... it's certainly going to be something we want the whole world to see."Maroon 5's 2013 North American tour dates are as follows: 2/13 - Columbus, OH @ Schottenstein Center 2/14 - Detroit, MI @ The Palace of Auburn Hills 2/16 - New York, NY @ Madison Square Garden 2/17 - Manchester, NH @ Verizon Wireless Arena 2/19 - Toronto, ON @ Air Canada Centre 2/20 - Montreal, QC @ Bell Centre 2/22 - Uncasville, CT @ Mohegan Sun Arena 2/23 - East Rutherford, NJ @ IZOD Center 2/25 - Grand Rapids, MI @ Van Andel Arena 2/27 - Kansas City, MO @ Sprint Center 3/1 - Moline, IL @ iWireless Center 3/3 - Omaha, NE @ CenturyLink Center 3/4 - St. Paul, MN @ Xcel Energy Center 3/7 - Calgary, AB @ Scotiabank Saddledome 3/9 - Vancouver, BC @ Rogers Arenav 3/11 - Seattle, WA @ Key Arena 3/13 - San Jose, CA @ HP Pavilion at San Jose 3/15 - Los Angeles, CA @ STAPLES Center 3/16 - Las Vegas, NV @ Mandalay Bay Events Center 3/19 - Houston, TX @ Toyota Center 3/21 - Dallas, TX @ American Airlines Center 3/22 - Tulsa, OK @ BOK Center 3/24 - Nashville, TN @ Bridgestone Arena 3/26 - Birmingham, AL @ BJCC Arena 3/27 - Atlanta, GA @ Philips Arena 3/29 - Ft.
