Lindsay Lohan Vows Her Attacker Will Be Brought To Justice

Having spent the night drinking and partying, Lindsay Lohan invited a group of friends back to her hotel suite at W in Manhattan. This is the scene where Lohan was allegedly attacked by Christian LaBella after she accused him of taking photos of her on his phone. Apparently this led to a scuffle in which LaBella choked Lohan and supposedly left scratches on her hands.

According to the New York Post, the police did not press charges, but Lohan is outraged at this verdict saying “He isn’t going to get away with this”! However, the Huffington post published a statement from NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne who said: "Cross complaints for harassment were filed and LaBella's assault arrest was voided after detectives investigated further."

This all comes less than two weeks after another alleged incident in which both Lohan and the police were involved, in which Lohan knocked a pedestrian in her Porsche and fled the scene.

No form of violence can ever be condoned, but one must wonder whether Lohan knows this. It seems she considers any criminal act she commits to be allowed to be brushed over. Having served only 14 days of a 90 day jail sentence in 2010 and repeatedly breaking her various probations for various crimes, it is very difficult to have any sympathy for this actress who once was such a positive female role model.
