Ian Somerhalder Wages War Over Website Name

Actor Ian Somerhalder is preparing for a legal battle after an internet impostor bought the rights to a website bearing his name.
The Vampire Diaries star was left fuming after learning Iansomerhalder.com was made to look like a fansite and he wants his name back.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "My own domain Iansomerhalder.com is being held 4 (for) ransom by someone.
"It's illegal yet there are websites that sell them - give me my name back! Iansomerhalder.com is made to look like a fan site so that it won't look like a scam. I have to battle with lawyers??? Are you kidding?"
