Ashlee Simpson And Pete Wentz Marriage Officially Over

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have finalised the details of their divorce, it's been reported, though the pair haven't come out to the press yet to confirm the news.
Singer Simpson and Wentz, who plays bass in the rock group Fall Out Boy were married in April of 2008 at the former's parents' residence in California in front of family and friends. The 27 year-old's father in fact officiated the ceremony and the couple then went on to have a child together, Bronx Mowgli Wentz in November of that year - Simpson's sister Jessica is of course now pregnant herself and expecting soon - but unfortunately things have gone sour for them since.
Tmz reports that court records show a judge finalised a divorce between the pair on November 22nd. The pair have entered into an 103 page-long settlement agreement though it will only be filed if they decide to dispute it at a later date, it's also believed that though Pete Wentz wanted joint custody of their child, his ex-spouse has requested sole physical custody - nothing has been revealed about how the pair have split their respective fortunes however. The couple had initially filed for divorce back in February, with Simpson citing irreconcilable differences.
