9-5 The young Lady Sovereign fresh from headlining to 15 000 people in Moscow is making quite a stir to lovers of urban music in the industry. She’s had the likes of D12, Obie Trice, Dizzee Rascal, Basement Jaxx and The Streets asking for her to support them due to the raucous display of energy at her shows. She is indeed a statement of British urban youth culture, with all the attitude and confidence of a strong girl. ‘9-5’ is a comical tale of reality, stress and introspective commentary.
