Muse - Sing for Absolution - Single Review Muse
Sing for Absolution

One of the many stand out tracks on Muse’s critically acclaimed album “Absolution”, “Sing for Absolution” has a lot to live up to. Preceded by hits “Time is Running Out” and Hysteria, Sing for Absolution manages to do exactly that.

Released 17th May through East West, the haunting melodies of Matt Bellamy are perfectly complimented by the evocative piano and lush

orchestration and the combination sees Muse with a dramatic belter of a tune on their hands and a sure fire hit at that.

Currently midway through a mammoth American tour which has seen them convince the US that they’re more than just a poor man’s Radiohead whilst battling bloody on-stage injuries the band will make a welcome return to the UK this summer. Playing T in the Park, V2004 and confirmed as Glastonbury headliners, Muse can take their show to the masses and if their live act is anything close to their recorded sound then the masses are in for a treat.
