Brandy releases the title track from her new album ‘Afrodisiac’. The successful Timbaland has produced the music that is innovative and quirky. There’s an orchestra band feel to it, even though the music is all sampled and synthesised. The rhythm is off beat with a definite Caribbean influence and some 80’s electro sound. It’s very hard to describe the music as it is so different so those looking for something fresh may like it. Then you’ve got Brandy doing her sassy

vocals that is sexual and sassy. She’s a strong girl saying how it is. There’s also some backing vocal sounds to give this song real depth and character. The arrangement of ‘Afrodisiac’ is complex that makes the feel of this track engrossing and original. This is progressive r’n’b and deserves praise.
