The whole ‘grime’ scene is really growing and this uniquely British sound has all the underground energy and real UK urban influence to make a real note to people in the music industry. This self-sufficient scene is a major player in the progression of urban music. ‘Pow (Forward)’ is a highly charged tune that incorporates speed garage, ragga and MC’s spitting in a style that has evolved from MCing at drum & bass sessions, garage nights, ghetto do’s to the whole new and becoming established ‘grime’ scene. are proving that speed garage is still evolving and this street crew are firing with all the energy and no nonsense attitude to make an impression. There’s no denying Lethal Bizzle have a distinct sound that is totally progressive and in tune with the streets of London. This hard-hitting track shows that UK urban music is still as serious as ever. The beats are dangerous and the sound has real insane synth chords that I guess captures P-Funk. It all makes for a weighty experience guaranteed to get you moving at the dance with a semi-psychotic trance. Cool.
