33 hz 33 hz are a New York 4-piece that has a distinctive Prince influence. ’33 hz’ is an album influenced from the electro funk compositions of George Clinton, ballads by Prince and honey laced sensitivity of the Ohio Players. However 33 hz have a pop element and hints of indie alternative to create their own unique sound. It’s not disco but it has that same safe easily digestible essence. Tim Wagner on keyboards creates some interesting sounds and captures that P-Funk groove on tracks like
