One Minute Silence - Revolution Review
One Minute Silence
27.01.03
One Minute Silence release a brand new, strictly limited edition EP Revolution on 27th January 2003. Released on CD and special 1-sided etched 10" single it features brand new songs taken from the bands forthcoming album One Lie Fits All due for release next year. The Revolution Ep is non-chart eligible and an introduction for old and new fans alike to the new album. The band will also be heading out on a short club tour to coincide with the release.
Lead track Revolution is described by the band as "a song about the necessity for people to stop walking into a trap. Huxley once said that if you write the word freedom over the top of a cage, then people will walk in believing they're free. Were not going in the cage"
The live tracks (taken from the album Buy Now Saved Later) were recorded in Germany and capture the exhilaration of the One Minute Silence live experience. Also included on the cd is 4 minutes of footage filmed and edited by John Leckie at Sawmills studio during the recording of the EP. 20 January LEICESTER, Charlotte 0116 255 3956
