The Explosion - Black Tape - Album Review
Black Tape Not to be confused with the old school hard core punk of The Exploited, The Explosion has a slightly lighter tone to it and by that I mean ALOT lighter. This sounds almost like a cross between a snotty and heavier Busted with all those Fat Wreck Records type bands like NOFX, and Millencolin with Earth Vs The Wildhearts type choruses. This is not however a bad thing if you like your music with a youthful punk-ass kick to it, with new bands such as Good Charlotte and Afi ripping the air waves this all seems very apt to the current music trend.
