This seems to be the credo of Viva Voce, an Oregon-based band whose line up consists of a husband and a wife, and whose sound is so dreamy and delicate you can literally use it as a lullaby when you can’t sleep. The psychedelia of tunes like ‘ Center of The Universe’ and ‘Alive With Pleasure’ has in fact caught the attention of many, among which legendary producer Steve Albini. Along with the improvised percussions and the psychedelic guitars, Anita Robertson’s sweet voice emerges as caressing and whispering, and it’s the trademark of Viva Voce’s magical aura.
