The British actor, 23, enjoyed a brief fling with the curvy blonde last year (03) just before he began filming new [CHARLES DICKENS](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/charles-dickens) adaptation NICHOLAS NICKLEBY, but found that their hectic schedules meant that their relationship was snuffled out before it had a chance to blossom - something he still regrets.

He explains, "It was a shame, Sophie and me. We really liked each other. But I don't go out when I work and one free night isn't enough to build a relationship on, so it ended. And she was obviously travelling and working a lot too."
