Eminem's Fake Bling

Rapper [Eminem](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/eminem) has been exposed - the valuable diamond-encrusted chain he gave to a smitten fan was actually worth just $800 (GBP500).

A besotted girl thought she'd struck a $450,000 (GBP280,000) jackpot during the [Lose Yourself](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/lose-yourself) hunk's Sunday (23JUN03) night gig in England's Milton Keynes.

Before handing her the sparkly trinket, Eminem had announced, "This is worth $450,000 - and I'm going to give it to some pretty lady in the audience."

He then handed the chain to the dumbstruck blonde - who promptly fainted and was hauled off by security. But when the mystery lady finally gets her free gift evaluated, she'll be in for a shock - it's worth far less than one per cent of what the rapper claimed.

A spokesman for Eminem last night (24JUN03) admitted he had exaggerated the gift's real value.
