Judy Garland's Grandchildren Stay Away From Showbiz

[Liza Minnelli](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/liza-minnelli)'s sister [Lorna Luft](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/lorna-luft) is pleased her children are starting to make career choices - outside of showbusiness.

Luft, daughter of late singing and acting legend [Judy Garland](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/judy-garland), is the mother of JESSE, 19, and 12-year-old daughter VANESSA, and both have shown a leading to careers far removed from the glitz and glamour of showbiz.

Luft says, "My daughter is a great equestrian. She has a horse, and that's her passion right now."

Of her son she jokes, "He's majoring in parking tickets - no, no.

"He's in his first year of college - general education - and, oh my God, it's sad because he's gone."
