Sexy [Alyssa Milano](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/alyssa-milano) owes late British thespian SIR [John Gielgud](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/john-gielgud) a debt of thanks after he helped her cope with dyslexia.

The actress joins a growing list of movie stars, including [Tom Cruise](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/tom-cruise), [ROSIE O'DONNELL](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/rosie-odonnell) and [Keira Knightley](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/keira-knightley), who have struggled with learning problems.

But all that changed when Gielgud gave her a tip that would boost her confidence on the set of THE CANTERVILLE GHOST.

Milano recalls, "When I asked him how he memorised his monologues, he said, 'I write them down.' I use that method to this day.

"It not only familiarises me with the words, it makes them my own."
