Traci Bingham Engaged

Sexy actress [Traci Bingham](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/traci-bingham) is planning to walk down the aisle once again - this time with investment banker [John Yarbrough](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/john-yarbrough).

The former [Baywatch](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/baywatch) beauty, who divorced aspiring actor ROBB VALLIER in 2001 after three years of marriage, held a formal party celebrating her new engagement at Hollywood's WHITE LOTUS on 13 February (04).

Bingham arrived almost an hour after her guests at the bash, proudly sporting her diamond engagement ring for all to see.

The 36-year-old actress then went on to an [Outkast](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/outkast) concert.

She says, "It was a great night."
