Pacino's Marriage Pledge

Movie legend [Al Pacino](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/al-pacino) refuses to wed, because he hates the way marriage has been turned into a legal contract.

Despite longterm relationships with actress [Beverly D'Angelo](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/beverly-d-angelo) and acting teacher JAN TARRANT, Pacino has never married.

He explains, "Why have I never proposed in the past? I hate to say this, but marriage is a state of mind, not a contract.

"When I think about the law and marriage, I ask myself, 'When did the cops get involved?'"
