Johansson Hopes She Loses Golden Globe

Screen siren [Scarlett Johansson](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/scarlett-johansson) is backing [Imelda Staunton](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/imelda-staunton) to win the Best Actress [Golden Globe](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/golden-globe-awards) even though she is nominated in the same category.

Johansson, who is nominated for her role in [A Love Song for Bobby Long](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/a-love-song-for-bobby-long), believes the British actress is far more deserving of the plaudits, for her critically-acclaimed part in [Mike Leigh](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/mike-leigh)'s controversial movie [Vera Drake](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/vera-drake) about illegal abortions in 1950's London.

The 20-year-old says, "I don't want the award. Imelda is unbelievable."
