Jackson: 'Liz Taylor Used To Feed Me'

[Michael Jackson](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/michael-jackson)'s health was once such a concern for his famous friends that actress DAME [Elizabeth Taylor](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/elizabeth-taylor) used to "hand-feed" him.

The pop superstar insists he has never been a big eater - a fact that used to worry his mother and closest female friends.

He says, "Elizabeth Taylor used to feed me, to hand-feed me, at times."

Jackson admits he has received worried calls and emails about his health as he stands trial for child molestation in Santa Maria, California - but he insists his skinny frame shouldn't be seen as a sign he's unwell.

He adds, "I don't want anybody to think I'm starving, I'm not. My health is perfect, actually."
