Eno Left Roxy Music To Do His Laundry
Veteran rocker [Brian Eno](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/brian-eno) decided to leave [Roxy Music](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/roxy-music) in 1973 when he found himself contemplating when he was going to do his laundry in the middle of a gig.
Eno, who recently confirmed he'll rejoin Roxy Music in the studio for a new album, was also growing apart from frontman [Bryan Ferry](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/bryan-ferry) when he made his momentous decision to quit.
He says, "(Thinking about laundry onstage) contributed to my leaving. At that moment I concluded I shouldn't be there if I wasn't there.
"I was also having disagreements with Bryan Ferry. Basically I was ready to do something else."
