Lavigne Joins Fast Food Nation

[Avril Lavigne](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/avril-lavigne) has signed up to make her acting debut in a screen adaptation of [Eric Schlosser](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/eric-schlosser)'s bestselling expose [Fast Food Nation](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/fast-food-nation).

The Canadian pop star will share the screen with [Patricia Arquette](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/patricia-arquette), [Bobby Cannavale](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/bobby-cannavale), [Luis Guzman](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/luis-guzman), [Ethan Hawke](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/ethan-hawke), [Greg Kinnear](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/greg-kinnear), [Kris Kristofferson](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/kris-kristofferson) and [Wilmer Valderrama](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/wilmer-valderrama), among others.

The movie, based on the book which exposed secrets of the fast food industry, is set to be released next year (06).
