The British-born beauty enforced the rule after catching the musician checking out actress [Rachel Bilson](https://contactmusic.6lgx.com/rachel-bilson).

She says, "He was staring at Rachel and I was like, 'She looks hot'. He said 'yeah'. That's too honest - he's banned."
